I feel very comfortable posting Jonathan Coulton’s cover version of “Baby Got Back” because he doesn’t own the copyright. And it’s an amazing cover version, bound to snag a spot on my list of “Greatest Cover Versions of All Time.”

I’ve always hoped for an acoustic cover of this song. Hoped, wished…even prayed. Now, it’s here…

I’m sure that doing a cover of Billy Bragg’s “Moving the Goalposts” will put my name on some watchlist somewhere. (Not that voting for Ned Lamont didn’t already put me on a watchlist, but still…)

I guess being married to the most sultry young jazz singer in the world and being one of the architects of New Wave music isn’t enough for some people!

Oh, well. I guess it pays the rent!

So here are some pictures of the new place. No, I’m not telling you where it is if you don’t already know. Don’t be that guy. It’s still a work-in-progress; dad’s bringing some new paintings down tomorrow for the bedroom.

There’s been a lot of action over the past few days, as you can imagine. Packing, unpacking…the works. I even saw Hot Fuzz for $4 at the theatre downtown! Can ya dig it?
